1️⃣ Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Absolutely! We ensure that you receive the exact same product shown on our website. All images are professionally captured from actual Energify products, so you get what you see — same packaging, same quality, and the same results you trust.

2️⃣ Where can I view my sales receipt?

Once your order is confirmed, your sales receipt will be sent automatically to your registered email address.
You can also log in to your Energify.shop account → “My Orders” → View Details to download or print your invoice anytime.

3️⃣ How can I return an item?

We accept returns for unopened and unused items within 7 days of delivery.
Simply email us at support@energify.shop with your order number and reason for return — our team will guide you through the easy return process.
(Note: Opened or used health supplements cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety standards.)

4️⃣ Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock”?

Yes! Most of our products, like Energify Slim Shake and Energify Slim Tea, are restocked regularly.
You can click the “Notify Me When Available” button on the product page, and we’ll email you as soon as it’s back in stock.

5️⃣ Where can I ship my order?

We currently deliver all across India. Orders are shipped directly from our certified Energify warehouse to ensure authenticity and freshness.
If you live outside India, please contact our support team for special international delivery options.

6️⃣ Are Energify products safe to use daily?

Yes, all Energify products are made with 100% natural, plant-based ingredients and are FSSAI-certified.
They’re designed for daily consumption as part of a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. 

7️⃣ How long does delivery take?

Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
You’ll receive a tracking link by SMS or email once your order is shipped.

8️⃣ Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, COD is available on select pin codes across India.
You can check COD availability on the checkout page before placing your order.

9️⃣ Is there any return charge or cancellation fee?

No cancellation fee is charged before shipping.
If you wish to cancel after shipping or return an item, a small handling charge may apply depending on your location.
