2. Refund Process

3. Late or Missing Refunds

4. Exchange Policy

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at info@energify.com with photos and your order number.
  • In some cases, we may ask you to return the damaged item before sending a replacement.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
